All prices are in US dollars. Tax Rate: 12.0%

All rentals are for a minimum of seven nights.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday except for the Fall Period.

Rates are based on 4 guests; add $5 per night, per additional guest.

Monthly rate is approximate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Reservation Deposit: $200/week reserved. From Dec 15 to Apr 30 minimum, deposit is $400.

At least one (1) Adult with a minimum age of 25 years is required to lease a unit in Siesta Dunes,
except when a family is leasing the unit. The Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 75% of deposit will be returned up to 60 days before arrival date. Within 60 days
of arrival date, the deposit will be returned only if the unit is re-booked.

Please note: In order to keep the rates down, I do not accept credit cards. I accept personal checks
or money orders.
